ABOUT OUR TEAM
The Support Experience and Innovation Office is committed to delivering services and support to the customer support division through process design, analytical solutions, and innovative methodologies, including predictive support and analytics capabilities.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As an assistant to two senior managers within the Support Experience Process and Innovation Office, your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating internal meetings, such as SEPIO All Hands, management team gatherings, and departmental discussions.
- Managing communications, including overseeing the team's SharePoint and wiki sites, and assisting with newsletters.
- Organizing calendar schedules and managing email correspondence.
- Handling office supplies and materials.
Additionally, you may engage in operational tasks and project-related activities as needed.
POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences.
- Preferred fields of study include Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Computer Science.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook; familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and SAP applications is advantageous.
- Language proficiency: Fluent in both German and English is essential.
- Desired soft skills: Organized, dependable, innovative team player with strong communication abilities – we encourage creative thinking and challenges.
- Additional qualifications: Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, the business software sector, and website design is a plus; students at the beginner level are encouraged to apply.
This is a strategic, paid student position at SAP that offers students the chance to find meaningful purpose in their careers.
