About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Working Student to support the Head of the Support Experience Process and Innovation Office. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing administrative assistance, coordinating communications, and managing calendars and email inboxes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Head of the Support Experience Process and Innovation Office in managing communications, including presentations, SharePoint, and wiki sites.
  • Organize meetings, take minutes, and book rooms as needed.
  • Manage calendars and email inboxes to ensure efficient communication and task management.
  • Assist with office material management and other operational tasks as required.

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, and SharePoint.
  • Fluency in both German and English is a must.
  • Strong organizational and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Basic understanding of website design and development is a plus.
