The Team

The Support Experience and Innovation Office provides services and support to our customer support organization, including process design, analytics solutions, and innovative approaches like predictive support and predictive analytics capabilities.

The Role

We are seeking an Assistant to support two senior managers in the Support Experience Process and Innovation Office. Responsibilities include:

  • Supporting internal meetings, such as team meetings and management team meetings
  • Managing communications, including owning the team's SharePoint and wiki sites
  • Calendar and email inbox management
  • Office material management

Additionally, you will have the opportunity to work on operational and/or project tasks.

Requirements

  • Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences
  • Preferred fields of study: Business informatics, business, or informatics
  • Computer skills: MS Office, especially Outlook, mandatory. Microsoft SharePoint and SAP Applications are a plus
  • Language skills: Fluent in both German and English
  • Soft skills: Structured, reliable, creative team player, good communication skills
  • Others: Nice to have: Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, basic understanding of the business software industry, basic understanding of website design
