ABOUT OUR TEAM
The Support Experience and Innovation Office is instrumental in delivering services and supporting the customer assistance division through process design, analytical solutions, and innovative methodologies such as predictive support and analytics capabilities.
POSITION OVERVIEW
As an assistant to two senior managers within the Support Experience Process and Innovation Office, your responsibilities will include:
- Facilitating internal meetings, including team gatherings and management discussions
- Managing communications, such as overseeing the team's SharePoint and wiki sites, and supporting newsletters
- Organizing calendar schedules and managing email correspondence
- Handling office supplies and materials
Additionally, you may engage in operational tasks and project-related activities.
CANDIDATE REQUIREMENTS
- Currently enrolled student (f/m/d) at a university or university of applied sciences
- Preferred fields of study include Business Informatics, Business Administration, or Computer Science
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Outlook; familiarity with Microsoft SharePoint and SAP Applications is advantageous
- Language proficiency: Fluent in both German and English is essential
- Desired soft skills: Organized, dependable, innovative team player with strong communication abilities – we encourage creative thinking and new ideas
- Additional skills: Basic understanding of IT Service Management (ITSM) processes, familiarity with the business software sector, and knowledge of website design are beneficial; beginners are welcome to apply
