Position Overview

Role: EMEA SAP S4 Program Lead (m/f/d)

Location: Pullach, Germany

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee the migration to SAP S4 HANA across the EMEA region, aligned with the Global S4 HANA initiative.
  • Collaborate with IT and business stakeholders across various departments and levels within the EMEA organization.
  • Work closely with the dedicated program team, project managers, suppliers, and relevant line management to ensure seamless integration.
  • Facilitate project setup, managing timelines, budgets, and resources for both preparation and migration projects to guarantee successful delivery.
  • Act as a key representative from EMEA within the global S4 program, working independently within the REW IT Demand & Project Management team.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to stakeholders, effectively balancing competing priorities.
Qualifications
  • A degree in Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of professional experience in a relevant industrial setting, ideally in IT consulting.
  • Extensive experience in IT project management, utilizing industry-standard methodologies (e.g., PMI, Prince 2). Change Management knowledge or certification is advantageous.
  • A proven history of successful SAP project delivery in complex, multi-country environments. Operational SAP knowledge is a plus.
  • Familiarity with SAP systems and a comprehensive understanding of how SAP supports critical business processes in Logistics, Sales, and Finance.
  • Knowledge of SAP data migration and testing challenges and concepts.
  • Understanding of how SAP integrates with IT Enterprise Architecture and related business-critical systems.
  • Ability to work independently and proactively, managing competing priorities effectively.
  • Strong communication skills, capable of moderating workshops and conveying technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
  • Proficient in defining and creating deliverables both independently and collaboratively, managing interdisciplinary teams towards shared goals.
  • Excellent command of English, with a willingness to travel as needed.
