Customer Relationship Management Specialist

dentolo Deutschland GmbH is a rapidly expanding insurance scale-up in Europe, and we are currently seeking a dedicated and results-oriented Customer Relationship Management Specialist to become a vital member of our Growth Marketing team. This position is essential as we enhance our service offerings, refine our technology infrastructure, and consistently strive for optimal growth, scalability, and operational efficiency. Your contribution will be pivotal in enhancing our customer journeys through effective lead nurturing, customer activation, and engagement strategies. You will take charge of lead nurturing processes, including Email Marketing, CRM, and customer lifecycle marketing.
Your responsibilities include:
- Joining a data-driven Growth Marketing team, reporting directly to the Marketing Operations Lead.
- Optimizing our current lead nurturing sequences, identifying opportunities for new customer journeys, and collaborating with a CRM agency.
- Engaging with customers to drive revenue by developing lifecycle marketing sequences that deliver timely and relevant messages (e.g., newsletters, upsell, cross-sell) across our three brands.
- Ensuring excellence in our CRM platform (ActiveCampaign) and Customer Data Platform (CDP) setup, while collaborating with various teams across the organization.
- Working with cross-functional stakeholders to define new lead and customer segments for testing, and managing the A/B experimentation strategy across our email channel.
- Collaborating with the Content team to create comprehensive email content that aligns with our brand's tone of voice and guidelines.
- Monitoring, maintaining, and developing CRM dashboards (on Metabase), while owning and directing CRM performance analysis (e.g., Deliverability, Opens, Click to Contracts).
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- A minimum of 3 years of experience with a CRM tool; familiarity with ActiveCampaign is a strong advantage, but experience with other platforms such as Braze, Hubspot, or Mailchimp is also valuable.
- At least 3 years of experience in an operations-driven marketing environment, such as CRM, Performance Marketing, or eCommerce.
- A comprehensive understanding of GDPR, with prior experience ensuring compliance (including data processing and consent management) within CRM systems.
- Experience with data visualization tools like Metabase or Looker, along with a solid understanding of CRM analytics.
- An interest in troubleshooting issues, implementing solutions, and optimizing existing processes; experience with workflow automation tools such as Zapier is a plus.
- A capability to translate business needs into CRM initiatives and processes.
- Comfort in collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders and managing various projects, along with project management experience.
- Fluency in German and proficiency in English, both spoken and written.
Preferred qualifications include:
- Experience with workflow automation platforms (we utilize Zapier, but experience with n8n, Superblocks, etc., is also beneficial).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as SQL, Python, or JavaScript.
- Familiarity with HTML, which can assist in customizing email templates and other CRM-related tasks.
