Your Role: As a Senior Customer Relationship Management (CRM) Manager, you will spearhead our CRM campaign initiatives, overseeing the development and execution of comprehensive campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, and onsite interactions. Your focus will be on delivering exceptional user experiences through personalized and targeted communications that foster customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Marketing Automation: Take charge of all marketing automation strategies, driving the execution and optimization of campaigns via Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance customer journeys and increase retention.
  • Enhance Customer Engagement: Cultivate a deep understanding of diverse customer segments to create impactful communication strategies that resonate with each group.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Conduct detailed analyses to build compelling business cases, evaluate the effectiveness of initiatives, and prioritize tasks that maximize long-term customer value.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, ensuring clear objectives, deadlines, and resource allocation while coordinating cross-functional teams for seamless execution.
  • Implement Strategic Initiatives: Collaborate with the Head of Retention to execute significant projects, such as referral and loyalty programs, ensuring alignment with broader marketing strategies.
  • Drive Efficiency: Continuously seek opportunities to automate and streamline processes, enhancing the overall effectiveness of marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, particularly with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient in customer data analysis and strategy development to improve conversion and retention rates.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and KPI-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project management.
  • Experience in e-commerce or sustainability is advantageous.
  • Technical skills in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and MySQL are a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German with excellent communication skills.
