Role Overview: As a (Senior) CRM Manager, you will take charge of our CRM campaign strategy, overseeing the development and management of comprehensive campaigns across various channels, including email, push notifications, and onsite interactions. Your role will be pivotal in delivering a superior user experience through personalized and targeted communications, thereby enhancing customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead Marketing Automation: Assume full responsibility for all marketing automation initiatives, driving the strategy, execution, and optimization of campaigns utilizing Salesforce Marketing Cloud to enhance personalization and customer journey.
  • Boost Customer Engagement: Cultivate a deep understanding of customer segments and devise strategies that promote meaningful interactions through tailored communications.
  • Analyze and Optimize: Conduct in-depth analyses to develop business cases, evaluate the impact of initiatives, and prioritize tasks that maximize long-term customer value.
  • Project Management: Oversee projects from inception to completion, defining clear requirements, establishing timelines, and coordinating resources across teams to ensure alignment with strategic goals.
  • Support Major Initiatives: Collaborate with the Head of Retention to implement significant programs, such as referral and loyalty initiatives, ensuring seamless integration into the overall marketing strategy.
  • Enhance Efficiency: Continuously seek opportunities to automate and streamline processes, implementing solutions that improve overall marketing effectiveness.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in CRM and marketing automation, especially with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
  • Proficient in customer data analysis and strategy development aimed at improving conversion and retention rates.
  • Strong analytical skills, with experience in A/B testing and KPI-driven decision-making.
  • Hands-on mentality with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project execution.
  • Experienced project manager capable of coordinating cross-functional initiatives.
  • Familiarity with e-commerce or sustainability is advantageous.
  • Technical knowledge in HTML, CSS, AMPscript, and MySQL is a plus.
  • Fluency in English and German, with excellent communication abilities.
