We are seeking a talented Marketing Designer to join our team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a Marketing Designer, you will play a key role in developing high-quality visual assets that support our marketing campaigns and enhance our brand presence.

  • Design and develop visually compelling materials that align with our brand guidelines and drive engagement.
  • Collaborate closely with our Brand, Marketing, and Sales teams to conceptualize and execute creative assets that support our overall marketing strategies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively bring new ideas to the table.
  • Work with marketing stakeholders to refine designs based on performance data to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Design engaging print and digital ads that effectively communicate our brand message and increase conversions.

  • At least 3 years of experience in various design projects, preferably within the food sector or related industries.
  • Excellent English skills, with German skills a plus.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • Experience with Figma and a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • Ability to design for various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
