About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Creative to join our team at KoRo. As a Marketing Creative, you will play a key role in developing high-quality visual assets that support our marketing campaigns and enhance our brand presence.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Development: Ideate and design visually compelling materials that align with our brand guidelines and drive engagement.
  • Brand Consistency: Ensure all designs maintain consistency across various platforms and resonate with our target audiences.
  • Campaign Collaboration: Work closely with our Marketing team and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative assets that support our overall marketing strategies.
  • Advertisement: Design engaging print and digital ads that effectively communicate our brand message and increase conversions.
  • Data-Driven Design: Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to refine designs based on performance data to optimize engagement and conversion.
  • Innovation & Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively bring new ideas to the table.

About You

  • You have at least 3 years of experience in various design projects, preferably within the food sector or related industries.
  • Your English skills are excellent, and German skills are a plus.
  • You live in Berlin/the surrounding area or are willing to move to Berlin for your new position.
  • You are proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
  • You are experienced with Figma.
  • You have a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
  • You are able to design for various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
  • You are characterized by your ability to think creatively and bring fresh ideas to the table.
  • You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • You have strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • You have good communication and teamwork skills as well as the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
