Marketing Creative

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing Creative to join our team at KoRo Handels GmbH. As a Marketing Creative, you will be responsible for developing high-quality visual assets that support our marketing campaigns and enhance our brand presence.
Key Responsibilities- Design and develop visually compelling marketing materials, including digital and print assets, that align with our brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience.
- Collaborate with our Marketing team and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative assets that support our overall marketing strategies.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing and bring new ideas to the table.
- Work closely with our Brand team to ensure all designs maintain consistency with our brand guidelines and resonate with our target audience across various platforms.
- Design engaging print and digital ads that effectively communicate our brand message and increase conversions.
- Collaborate with marketing stakeholders to refine designs based on performance data to optimize engagement and conversion.
- At least 3 years of experience in various design projects, preferably within the food sector or related industries.
- Excellent English skills, German skills are a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools.
- Experience with Figma.
- Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to design for various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
