Join KoRo's dynamic team as a Marketing Designer and play a key role in shaping the brand's visual identity. As a creative problem-solver, you will develop high-quality visual assets that drive engagement and elevate the customer experience.
Your Responsibilities- Design and develop visually compelling materials for digital and print marketing campaigns, including newsletter templates, banners, flyers, and presentations.
- Ensure all designs maintain consistency with brand guidelines and resonate with target audiences across various platforms.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team and stakeholders to conceptualize and execute creative assets that support overall marketing strategies, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
- Design engaging print and digital ads that effectively communicate the brand message and increase conversions.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, tools, and best practices in digital marketing, and proactively bring new ideas to the table.
- At least 3 years of experience in various design projects, preferably within the food sector or related industries.
- Excellent English skills, with German skills a plus.
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant design tools, with After Effects and motion design experience a plus.
- Experience with Figma and a strong understanding of typography, color theory, and layout design.
- Ability to design for various platforms, including social media, email, and print.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Good communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
