Compensation: $25/hour
We are in search of a dedicated front-of-house service supervisor for our evening operations. This role involves mastering all elements of front-of-house functions, with a strong emphasis on our unique customer service philosophy. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our esteemed service standards are upheld by you and your team throughout your shift.
This position is akin to a frontline shift leader, yet it places a greater emphasis on evening service, the expectation of excellence in our service protocols, and mentoring fellow team members. While you will not be involved in scheduling or making hiring decisions, you will play a crucial role in training staff using our comprehensive training resources, assisting coworkers in adhering to operational guidelines, and providing performance feedback to management.
To excel in this role, you should possess a genuine passion for customer service, be comfortable guiding team members to achieve established standards, and be willing to engage in cleaning and store closing duties. The expected work schedule is approximately 40 hours per week, primarily during evening hours, with flexibility for those preferring around 30 hours. Overtime opportunities may arise during peak seasons, although it is not a requirement.
Compensation is set at $25/hour, with health insurance options available after a specified period, and a 401k plan offered after one year of employment. Paid personal time accrues with each paycheck, in addition to state-mandated sick/PTO time.
Essential Qualifications:
- Minimum of one year of outstanding customer service experience in a fast-paced food or retail environment.
- Demonstrated kindness and professionalism at all times.
- Strong team-oriented mindset.
- Must be open to feedback and coaching.
- Excellent communication skills, characterized by warmth and confidence.
- Understanding the significance of following checklists and processes to support team goals and ensure consistency.
