Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Evening Service Leader to join our team at the Flagship Store in Brunswick, Maine. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, leading by example, and ensuring a seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide outstanding customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating a strong commitment to our customer service standards and ensuring that all team members meet these expectations.
  • Collaborate with the store manager and company-wide general manager to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction, and enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Train and mentor team members on our unique approach to customer service, ensuring that they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver exceptional service.
  • Monitor and maintain store cleanliness, ensuring that the store is presented in a clean and welcoming manner at all times.

Requirements:

  • At least one year of exemplary customer service experience in a customer-focused and busy food or retail environment.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers, team members, and management.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
