Ihre zukünftigen Verantwortlichkeiten:- Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Preisstrategien zur Maximierung der Rentabilität.
- Preisanpassungen basierend auf Marktnachfrage, saisonalen Trends und anderen wirtschaftlichen Faktoren.
- Erarbeitung innovativer, digitalisierbarer Preisgestaltungsansätze zur Steigerung der Wettbewerbsfähigkeit.
- Koordination mit globalen Dienstleistern im Bereich Total-Cargo-Management zur Optimierung der Kapazitätsauslastung.
- Erstellung eines Kriterienkatalogs zur Steuerung des Zugangs zu Kapazitäten für Kunden, Produkte und Märkte.
- Identifizierung neuer Routen oder Anpassungen bestehender Routen im globalen Netzwerk.
- Regelmäßige Analyse der Preis- und Kapazitätsstrategien sowie Nutzung von Datenanalysen zur Trendidentifikation und Durchführung von Performance-Reviews.
- Entwicklung von Konzepten zur Professionalisierung und Digitalisierung des Kapazitäts- und Ertragsmanagements.
- Implementierung und Steuerung von Programmen zur Steigerung der Auslastung, des Ertrags und des Umsatzes.
- Abgeschlossenes Hochschulstudium oder gleichwertige Erfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Transport oder Betriebswirtschaft.
- Umfassende Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im globalen Luftfrachtsektor.
- Nachweisbare Erfolge im Bereich Pricing und Kapazitätsmanagement.
- Fähigkeit, komplexe Informationen klar und verständlich zu kommunizieren.
- Ausgeprägte Problemlösungskompetenz und analytische Fähigkeiten, gepaart mit hoher Einsatzbereitschaft und Flexibilität.
- Selbstständige, ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Bereitschaft, bestehende Prozesse zu hinterfragen.
