Main Responsibilities:

As a Senior Sales Manager Gas at PepsiCo, you will be responsible for leading the Gas customer group with the wholesaler Lekkerland, ensuring achievement of targets (volume, profitability), and implementation of marketing strategies within specified budgets.

Key areas of focus include developing sales strategies for Gas station channels, optimizing collaboration with Lekkerland to achieve sustainable business results, acquiring new customers within the wholesale network, and further developing the German out-of-home channel in collaboration with the sales director.

You will also lead and develop subordinate employees within the PepsiCo career model, ensuring goal achievement for responsible customers/customer groups, developing, implementing, and enforcing national central agreements, and coordinating annual planning, budgeting, and reporting for the customer group.

Additionally, you will prepare, participate in, and follow up on regular customer and annual meetings, arrange and implement promotions, listings, pricing strategies, shelf and secondary placement shares, and customer-specific promotional measures.

Key qualifications for this role include business studies or commercial training with additional qualifications, very good English and MS Office skills, category management experience, and leadership experience.
