Main Responsibilities

As a Key Account Manager for Gas Wholesale, you will be responsible for managing the Gas customer group with the wholesaler Lekkerland. Your primary goal is to achieve targets (volume, profitability) and implement marketing strategies within specified budgets.

You will develop sales strategies for Gas station channels and optimize collaboration with Lekkerland to achieve sustainable business results. Additionally, you will acquire new customers within the wholesale network and further develop the German out-of-home channel in collaboration with the sales director.

You will lead and develop subordinate employees within the PepsiCo career model. Your key areas of responsibility include ensuring goal achievement for responsible customers/customer groups, developing, implementing, and enforcing national central agreements, and coordinating annual planning, budgeting, and reporting for the customer group.

You will also prepare, participate in, and follow up on regular customer and annual meetings, arrange and implement promotions, listings, pricing strategies, shelf and secondary placement shares, and customer-specific promotional measures. Furthermore, you will obtain and analyze important information for customer management and derive strategic measures.

Key qualifications for this role include business studies or commercial training with additional qualifications, very good English and MS Office skills, category management experience, and leadership experience. You should possess an open, dynamic, and future-oriented personality with analytical and conceptual strengths, as well as assertiveness, organizational strength, communication skills, goal and result orientation, and entrepreneurial mindset.
