Job Title: Commercial District Manager

A successful Commercial District Manager at NetApp is a seasoned sales leader who excels at driving revenue growth and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing high-performing sales teams and developing strategic plans to achieve sales goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets and exceed customer expectations.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to penetrate new markets and expand existing customer relationships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless sales processes and customer support.
  • Coach and develop sales team members to improve sales skills and performance.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies.

Requirements:

  • 8+ years of sales experience, with a minimum of 1 year in a people management role.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex sales information to customers and stakeholders.
  • Excellent relationship-building and negotiation skills, with a proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales targets.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across internal teams and with external partners to achieve sales goals.
  • Strong understanding of storage technologies and competitive offerings in the marketplace.

Education:

A minimum of a college degree or equivalent experience is required.
