Service Project Manager

Role Overview:
The position of 'Service Project Manager for Fire Protection' involves overseeing and executing service-related projects with a focus on fire safety systems. You will be responsible for ensuring that all projects are managed efficiently and effectively, maintaining a high standard of quality and compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Independently manage service projects, ensuring budget adherence and cost efficiency.
- Initiate and oversee service orders, coordinating necessary resources.
- Organize materials and personnel required for project execution.
- Design, plan, and document the systems as per client specifications.
- Conduct thorough site inspections and engage in acceptance testing.
- Manage all project-related communications and documentation.
- Prepare and maintain documentation for invoicing processes.
- Provide essential technical support to field technicians and administrative staff.
- Assist team leaders with various administrative responsibilities.

Qualifications:

- Proficient in utilizing ERP systems for project management.
- Familiarity with applicable regulations and standards in the industry.
- Valid Class B driver's license.
- Strong teamwork skills and adaptability.
- Excellent communication abilities.
