Service Project Manager

Overview of Responsibilities:
- Independently oversee service projects/orders, ensuring effective cost management
- Initiate and manage service orders efficiently
- Coordinate materials and personnel for service projects/orders
- Design, plan, and document the systems commissioned
- Conduct thorough site inspections and engage in acceptance testing
- Manage project-related communications effectively
- Prepare documentation necessary for invoicing
- Provide technical assistance to technicians and back-office staff
- Support team leaders with administrative responsibilities
Approach to Responsibilities:
As a 'Service Project Manager for Fire Protection', you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with intricate problem-solving in the domain of fire protection systems, including water and gas extinguishing systems along with their associated control systems. Your dependable and organized approach will facilitate the professional and contractual execution of service projects while adhering to technical regulations. With your ability to grasp concepts quickly, you will manage long-term projects, contributing to enhanced safety standards.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed vocational training, ideally in heating, ventilation, sanitation, mechatronics, or a related field, OR a degree in mechanical engineering, HVAC engineering, etc.
- Extensive experience in project and installation management for water and gas extinguishing systems
- Proficient in project management using ERP systems
- Fundamental understanding of relevant regulations and standards
- Valid Class B driver's license
- Strong team collaboration skills and adaptability
- Excellent communication abilities
