Fire Protection Project Lead

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Project Manager to join our team at Johnson Controls. As a Project Manager Service Fire Protection, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire service project lifecycle, including project planning, execution, and delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate service projects from initiation to completion, ensuring timely and within-budget delivery.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams to ensure project success.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed.
- Ensure compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and company policies.
- Lead and motivate project teams to achieve project goals and objectives.
- Develop and manage project budgets, schedules, and resource allocation plans.
- Monitor and report project progress, identifying and addressing any issues or concerns.
- Ensure effective communication and stakeholder management throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements:
- Relevant degree in a field such as engineering, project management, or a related field.
- Minimum 3-5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the fire protection industry.
- Proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide project teams.
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software, such as MS Project, Asana, or Trello.
- Knowledge of relevant industry standards, regulations, and best practices.
