Your Responsibilities:
  • Act as a welcoming host, greeting our guests with warmth and charm.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out processes for our guests.
  • Handle reservation inquiries and process bookings efficiently.
  • Oversee cash management and accounts receivable.
  • Perform all administrative tasks at the front desk independently and competently.
  • Contribute to a smooth operational flow during morning, evening, and night shifts.
  • Facilitate effective communication across all departments within our hotel.
Your Profile:
  • Ideally, you possess a completed education in hospitality.
  • Experience in similar roles is advantageous, but we welcome career changers with a passion for the industry.
  • You demonstrate a proactive and independent work ethic, along with strong teamwork and accountability.
  • Familiarity with corporate hotel operations is a plus.
  • Experience with Opera hotel software will be beneficial in your new role.
