This role is available as a part-time position (greater than 75%).
The SAP Signavio Security and Compliance team is seeking a dedicated Security or Compliance Analyst to participate in initiatives related to the SAP Signavio Information Security Management System. This role will focus on the implementation and design of compliance measures for the SAP Signavio cloud application suite. This is a temporary position to cover for maternity leave for a duration of up to 10 months.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders for third-party evaluations (e.g., audits) concerning security, privacy, and risk management.
- Address audit findings in partnership with colleagues and the SAP Signavio Product & Engineering teams.
- Streamline audit processes (e.g., evidence gathering) and identify efficiency improvements with your team and Signavio Product & Engineering teams (e.g., replacing manual controls with automated solutions).
- Work alongside stakeholders such as SAP Signavio Customer Success to pinpoint new customer compliance needs.
- Facilitate workshops and training sessions for security and compliance control and process leaders.
- Create and maintain comprehensive governance and procedural documentation.
- Participate in product security architecture or product security engineering tasks.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related fields within Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics (STEM).
- At least 1 year of experience in information security, auditing, quantitative analysis, or general compliance is advantageous.
- Familiarity with at least one information security compliance audit framework and its requirements, such as SOC, ISO 27001, BSI C5, NIST, COBIT, CMMI, FISMA, FedRAMP, SOX, PCI-DSS.
- Proven expertise in managing projects or work streams in system security, cybersecurity controls, or information security management, particularly in NIST domains, is a plus.
- Experience in conducting (internal) audits as an auditor or participating in audits as a control owner, or experience in secure development lifecycle.
- A collaborative team player with an open mindset.
- Proficient in spoken and written English communication.
Desirable Skills
- Proficiency in at least one programming language.
- Knowledge of the German language is a plus.

SAP Signavio oversees SAP's process management and analytics product portfolio, and our security and compliance team is responsible for ensuring the integrity of these offerings. We address nearly every aspect of security and compliance for SAP Signavio products and services from multiple locations. By adopting a risk-based approach, we support numerous colleagues and clients both within and outside of SAP Signavio. We collaborate with other SAP divisions (e.g., SAP Global Security, SAP BTP) to plan, identify, implement, and maintain effective security, privacy, and compliance solutions.
