About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Data Protection and IT Security Manager to join our team at AOK Mein Leben. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of data protection and IT security requirements for our digital offerings, including mobile apps, desktop applications, and web-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement information security concepts and policies, as well as legal documents, to ensure the confidentiality, integrity, availability, and authenticity of information.
- Manage IT partners in relation to the evaluation and approval of data protection and information security aspects.
- Identify and assess potential security risks in IT systems and processes, and provide recommendations for mitigation.
- Conduct risk assessments and provide guidance on data protection and information security best practices.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and industry standards.
Requirements
- Master's degree in Law, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, with a focus on data protection and IT security.
- Relevant work experience in IT security, data protection, and compliance, with certifications such as CIPP/E, CIPM, CISA, or CISM.
- Strong understanding of IT processes and technologies, as well as security practices and regulations.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Self-motivated and results-driven, with a strong sense of responsibility and accountability.
