Your Responsibilities
  • Develop and manage our global aftermarket training and technical content offer, aligning with key performance indicators (KPIs) and driving strategic actions and projects.
  • Create a strategic roadmap to accelerate the digitalization of our training and technical content production, in line with central and regional functions.
  • Support product experts in developing new repair solutions, focusing on e-mobility and diagnostics.
  • Lead an interdisciplinary team of technical trainers and content specialists in the global aftermarket headquarters in Frankfurt.
  • Manage projects, ensuring timely delivery, scope, budget, and quality, while collaborating on international projects.
Your Qualifications
  • Hold a degree in engineering, automotive technology, or business administration.
  • Have several years of experience in the Automotive Aftermarket in Product Management, Technical Services, or Technical Marketing.
  • Have a strong understanding of automotive technology and hands-on repair experience in an IAM or OES workshop as a master mechanic.
  • Have previous experience in Technical Training and Content Creation, as well as e-Mobility, Diagnostics, and current trends in the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Be a strong leader with the ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Have excellent knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
  • Be fluent in written and spoken English and German, with additional languages beneficial.
  • Have strong conceptual and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Be willing to travel and collaborate in global teams, with international work experience beneficial.
  • Have a forward-thinking, agile, and pragmatic mindset, with intercultural sensitivity, resilience, and a strong team-player attitude.
