The Automotive Aftermarket division is responsible for Schaeffler's global spare parts business. With innovative strength, technical expertise, and high product quality, Schaeffler Automotive Aftermarket is a trend-setting provider of repair solutions and services for internal combustion engines, hybrids, and electric vehicles.

Your Responsibilities

  • Manage our Aftermarket training and technical content offer based on suitable KPIs and derive actions and projects.
  • Develop a strategic roadmap to accelerate the digitalization of our training and technical content production in alignment with central and regional functions.
  • Support product experts in developing new repair solutions with a focus on e-mobility and diagnostics.
  • Lead an interdisciplinary team of technical trainers and content specialists in the global aftermarket headquarters in Frankfurt.
  • Manage projects: responsible for time, scope, budget, and quality within defined project goals and collaborate in international projects.

Your Qualifications

  • Completed studies in engineering, automotive technology, or business administration.
  • Several years of experience in the Automotive Aftermarket in Product Management, Technical Services, or Technical Marketing.
  • Good understanding of automotive technology and hands-on repair experience in an IAM or OES workshop as a master mechanic is beneficial.
  • Previous experience in Technical Training and Content Creation, e-Mobility, Diagnostics, and current trends in the Automotive Aftermarket.
  • Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and inspire teams.
  • Good knowledge of MS Office and digital tools.
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and German, further languages beneficial.
  • Strong conceptual and organizational skills, excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel and collaborate in global teams, international work experience beneficial.
  • Forward-thinking, agile, and pragmatic mindset, intercultural sensitivity, resilient, strong team-player.
