Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Head of Sales für unsere Kanzlei in Berlin. Als Spezialisten für Personalberatung und Executive Search beraten wir unsere Mandanten in der Gesundheitswirtschaft und verfügen über einen qualifizierten Kandidatenpool in der DACH-Region.

Unser Mandant ist ein in die DACH-Region expandierendes und langjährig etabliertes US-Unternehmen in der Medizintechnik. Wir suchen einen leistungsbereiten und kommunikationsstarken Head of Sales, der die Wachstumziele tatkräftig unterstützt.

Aufgaben
  • Führung und Motivation des Vertriebsteams
  • Neukundengewinnung und Erstellung von Vertriebsplänen
  • Abstimmung mit der Geschäftsleitung
  • Aufbau des Vertriebsteams im direkten und indirekten Vertrieb
  • Rekrutierung, Coaching und Zielvereinbarungen mit Handelsvertretern
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung eines strategischen Geschäftsplans
  • Aufbau und Förderung starker, langfristiger Kundenbeziehungen
  • Identifizierung von aufstrebenden Märkten und Marktveränderungen/Wettbewerbsbeobachtung
Qualifikationen
  • (Wirtschaftsnahes) Studium und/oder Ausbildung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung als erfolgreicher Vertriebsmitarbeiter oder Vertriebsleiter
  • Expertise in den verschiedenen Phasen des Salesprozesses
  • Ausgezeichnete Mentoren-, Coaching- und Personalmanagementfähigkeiten
  • Fähigkeit, auf allen Ebenen des Unternehmens glaubwürdig und effektiv zu kommunizieren, zu präsentieren und zu überzeugen
  • Ausgeprägter Geschäftssinn und Branchenexpertise
  • Starkes Interesse an kontinuierlicher Weiterbildung durch Workshops, Seminare und Konferenzen
