Key Responsibilities- Lead a High-Performing Field Team: Empower and inspire a dynamic team of sales professionals across Germany, Austria, and Switzerland, cultivating a customer-centric mindset focused on explosive growth.
- Develop and Execute Growth Strategies: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to craft and execute bold growth strategies, elevating our key customer relationships into enduring and impactful partnerships.
- Drive Innovation and Adaptation: Foster a culture of innovation and adaptability, driving continuous development and excellence in execution within the Field Team.
- Champion the Field Team: Be the voice and champion of the Field Team within the management group and the broader organization, ensuring alignment and buy-in from diverse stakeholders.
- Proven Sales Leadership Experience: A minimum of 6 years of experience in field sales, with at least 3 years of experience in management or leadership roles.
- Language Skills: Fluency in both German and English; proficiency in French is a plus.
- Commercial Acumen: Demonstrated success in commercial management and people leadership, with a proven track record of achieving results.
- Strong Influencing and Negotiation Skills: Ability to drive alignment and buy-in from diverse stakeholders, with a strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
- Financial Acumen: Ability to understand and manage budgets effectively, with a results-driven approach focused on effective execution and delivering measurable outcomes.
