Campaign Marketing Manager

Your Responsibilities:
- Ensure outstanding consumer engagement within the Juvenile Sector, leveraging product marketing and communication expertise across various channels, including digital platforms and point of sale.
- Act as the primary contact for marketing campaign inquiries from various departments such as GTM, Product Management, Trade Marketing, International Marketing, Digital Teams, and Sales.
- Aim to create a unified voice for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clarity in portfolio hierarchy, messaging, and communication strategies for each sub-brand.
- Contribute expertise to the Go-to-Market process and assist in the global campaign rollout.
- Oversee the creation of marketing assets in alignment with Go-to-Market schedules.
- Initiate new product marketing campaigns by briefing relevant stakeholders and coordinating pre-production and post-production activities for all campaign materials, ensuring content is current in all Asset Management Systems.
- Support digital teams with briefings for landing pages and product detail pages, providing guidelines for product imagery, feature prioritization, and localized content.
- Collaborate with the Trade Marketing Team to develop a comprehensive point-of-sale strategy aligned with brand and category objectives, delivering necessary assets and communication tools punctually.
- Serve as the liaison to the PR & Social Media Team, supplying essential campaign and product information for the development of a Social Media Communication Plan and influencer content strategies.
- Foster collaboration with the International Marketing Team to enhance campaign execution across global and local teams, promoting continuous information sharing for a global perspective.
Your Qualifications:
- Completed Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related business discipline.
- Extensive professional experience as a Marketing Manager in a consumer-focused environment.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to strategize and manage at both tactical and operational levels.
- Proactive and assertive with a strong hands-on approach.
- Team-oriented professional capable of empowering stakeholders through in-depth product marketing knowledge.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Fluency in English; proficiency in German is a plus.
