About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Pricing Manager - Commercial Excellence to join our team at tink GmbH. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing pricing strategies that drive revenue growth and profitability.

Key Responsibilities
  • Pricing Strategy Development: Design and implement pricing strategies for various product categories across different markets.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough market analysis to understand competitor pricing, market trends, and customer behavior.
  • Price Optimization: Continuously optimize product pricing to ensure alignment with business goals and market conditions.
  • Margin Management: Calculate and control margins for different product categories to ensure profitability.
  • Commercial Condition Management: Manage all commercial conditions for our product portfolio, including deals, discounts, and promotions.
  • Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with various stakeholders across departments to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Reporting and Analysis: Generate regular reports and analyses to inform pricing decisions and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • Marketing/Business Experience: Initial experience in marketing, business, or related areas.
  • Business Administration: Solid understanding of business administration principles.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong affinity towards numbers and analytical thinking.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Excel, with experience working with large datasets.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders.
  • Language Skills: Full professional proficiency in English (C1/C2), and at least limited working proficiency in German (B1/B2).
