Pricing Manager

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Junior Pricing Manager to join our growing Pricing team at Flaconi. As a key member of our commercial team, you will play a crucial role in establishing pricing strategies, setting price levels, and organizing promotional activities to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities- Run competitive pricing rounds for specific countries and upload prices with a high degree of accuracy.
- Create vouchers for onsite actions and marketing channels based on previous analysis and performance data.
- Develop scalable processes with our product team across countries, challenging existing processes to ensure efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with commercial, purchasing, and marketing teams for pricing-related campaign setup.
- Monitor performance and set up daily/weekly/monthly reporting to track key metrics.
- Run pricing tests to improve core KPIs through an efficient pricing strategy.
- Take on projects and ad-hoc requests, such as analysis of pricing adjustments and strategic price optimization.
- Independently research and implement pricing strategies in international markets.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in Pricing or a similar commercial analytical role.
- Advanced Excel skills and a highly analytical approach to work.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills in English.
- A proactive work style.
- A salary band between 40,000€ and 50,000€ gross per year, based on skills and experience.
- A permanent contract and benefits, including a BVG or Deutschland ticket.
- Flexible working hours, up to three days of working from home a week, and the option to work 100% remotely within Germany.
