Project Manager Customer Service Lead

Your Key Responsibilities
- As a technical contact person, you'll be responsible for our customer service providers and manage international service providers.
- You'll independently take on projects, enhancing the customer experience.
- You'll enjoy being the interface between service providers and internal departments.
- You'll conduct analyses, create reports on relevant call center metrics, and be responsible for volume planning.
- You'll be interested in data protection, quality analyses, and fraud topics.
- You'll continuously optimize systems and processes to reduce lead times and costs.
- You'll analyze the reasons for customer contact in customer service and develop customer-friendly solutions.
Your Profile
- You'll possess the ability and interest to familiarize yourself with processes and technical systems in customer service.
- You'll have experience in managing service providers, ideally in customer service.
- Customer focus, quality, and a service-oriented mindset will be at the core of your daily work.
- You'll excel at analysis and have a strong numerical understanding, along with excellent knowledge of the MS Office suite.
- An independent and structured approach to work will be a given for you.
- You'll communicate fluently in both German and English.
- A successfully completed degree in business administration or a comparable qualification will round off your profile.
