Are you ready to engage in complex projects, drive technological advancements, and implement innovative solutions?
Our ERP software, known as 'Miles', serves the automotive finance, leasing, fleet, and mobility management sectors. It provides a comprehensive solution that integrates front-, mid-, and back-office operations, tailored to meet our clients' specific requirements. Our clientele includes leasing and finance organizations, as well as mobility management firms within the automotive industry.
The implementation projects typically span from 6 months to 3 years, with budgets ranging from approximately Eur 800K to Eur 4M, and involve a diverse project team of 4 to 12 members.
Your Responsibilities:
Oversee one or more implementation projects, depending on their scale. Collaborate with your team to set and meet objectives, balancing quality, scope, time, and budget constraints. Organize and manage both internal and external communication and reporting.You will be responsible for implementing a new project or enhancing features on an existing account for ongoing improvement.
This entails:
Managing invoicing processes. Taking ownership of customer change requests. Participating in customer events. Addressing customer concerns and strategic initiatives.Required Skills and Interests
You possess exceptional organizational and planning abilities, enabling you to oversee various phases and manage multiple module implementations concurrently.
A strong commercial acumen is essential. You ensure that the proposed solutions deliver value for both the customer and Sofico, while considering the expectations and concerns of all stakeholders.
You are a people-oriented manager and mentor: you excel at guiding your team and keeping each project member motivated throughout the project lifecycle by inspiring and challenging them.
With your outstanding communication skills, you can convey project and technical information effectively and succinctly, providing comprehensive recommendations.
You have strong interpersonal abilities, focusing on relationship management and influencing others, and you handle challenging situations with ease.
Additional Expectations:
Several years of experience in project management and methodologies (PMBOK/Prince2, Agile, Scrum, etc.) Extensive experience with medium to large-scale ERP implementations, covering all phases from pre-sales to go-live, including requirements analysis, configuration, development, migration, and testing. Background in the financial sector; experience in leasing is advantageous. Proficiency in German (minimum C1).What We Provide
