Service Process Expert

**Your Role in the ZEISS Group**
As a SAP S4 Service Consultant, you will be responsible for driving our service processes in S4, encompassing Inhouse Repair, Returns Management, CRM Integration, and more.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Contribute actively to our global transformation program from SAP ECC to SAP S4/HANA, supporting the standardization and simplification of our global process landscape.
- Act as the central IT contact person for our business groups in the S4 service area, ensuring seamless collaboration and communication.
- Work closely with business groups to collect, review, and prioritize business needs in the service area for our ongoing SAP S4/HANA implementation.
- Coordinate the implementation with relevant parties, ensuring timely and effective execution.
- Familiarize yourself with SAP customizing to optimize service processes.
- Collaborate closely with internal and external consultants in a dynamic project environment.
- Contribute to the integration of our S4 service processes, including logistics, controlling, billing, and CRM integration.
**Your Profile**
We are seeking a candidate with a degree in business informatics, business administration, or a similar field, who possesses:
- Profound knowledge of service processes like service execution, inhouse repair, or returns management.
- Experience in implementing and customizing service processes in SAP.
- Fluency in English.
- A strong ability to work in international and cross-functional teams, paired with a consulting orientation and good communication skills.
- Knowledge in related processes such as logistics execution, sales and distribution, controlling, procurement, or CRM (SAP/Salesforce) is a plus.
