KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- As an Expert in our Accounts Payable & Freight Cost Management division, you will lead and refine specialized processes, transitioning them to SAP S4 with a global, end-to-end perspective across the procure-to-pay process chain.
- You will oversee significant project segments, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
- Your role involves gathering, evaluating, and recommending requirements for project rollout and implementation strategies.
- In collaboration with product owners and both internal and external stakeholders, you will ensure effective gatekeeping and deliver solutions that foster transparency, comprehension, and project success.
- Effective communication regarding project status, challenges, risks, and business needs will be essential in your role.
- You will track KPIs and trends in partnership with dedicated experts.
- Moreover, you will continuously enhance your expertise, sharing knowledge and collaborating with colleagues within expert communities.
QUALIFICATIONS
- In-depth knowledge of purchase-to-pay processes, with technical proficiency and prior experience in leading projects and processes.
- Proficient user skills in the Microsoft environment, along with SAP R/3 FI & MM.
- Strong communication and presentation abilities in English; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
- A passion for personal and professional development, while keeping the interests of the organization and service unit at the forefront, communicating these clearly and openly.
