Die MEC Management Consulting GmbH ist eine Unternehmensberatung, die sich auf Projektmanagement und Prozessoptimierung spezialisiert hat. Wir arbeiten eng mit namhaften Automobilherstellern, Zulieferern und Unternehmen aus dem Maschinen- und Anlagenbau zusammen.

Aufgaben und Verantwortlichkeiten

  • Kontinuierliche Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette mit Fokus auf die Teilbereiche der Produktion und produktionsnahen Bereiche
  • Durchführung von Wertstromanalysen in der Produktion und den Ablaufprozessen
  • Effizienzprojekte von der Konzepterstellung bis zur nachhaltigen Umsetzung
  • Interdisziplinäre Arbeit mit den Fachbereichen Produktion, Supply-Chain-Management, Qualität, technische Funktionen und der Logistik
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Lean Six Sigma Qualifizierungen und Workshops

Qualifikationen und Erfahrungen

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbar
  • Praktische Erfahrung und Zertifizierung im Bereich Lean Management / Six Sigma
  • Berufserfahrung in den oben beschriebenen Aufgabenbereichen
