Job Description

Wir suchen eine erfahrene Person, die sich auf die Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen spezialisiert hat. Als Operational Excellence Manager werden Sie Teil des Teams von MEC GROUP und werden sich auf die Durchführung von Effizienzprojekten konzentrieren.

Aufgaben
  • Kontinuierliche und dynamische Optimierung von Prozessen und Systemen entlang der Wertschöpfungskette mit Fokus auf die Teilbereiche der Produktion und produktionsnahen Bereiche mit dem Ziel der Effizienzsteigerung und Kosteneinsparung
  • Durchführung von Wertstromanalysen in der Produktion und den Ablaufprozessen zur Ableitung von Verbesserungsaktivitäten und deren Umsetzung
  • Effizienzprojekte von der Konzepterstellung bis zur nachhaltigen Umsetzung anhand von Kennzahlen
  • Interdisziplinäre Arbeit mit den Fachbereichen Produktion, Supply-Chain-Management, Qualität, technische Funktionen und der Logistik
  • Konzeption und kontinuierliche Durchführung von Lean Six Sigma Qualifizierungen und Workshops
  • Schulung von Prozessverantwortlichen, Prozessexperten und Mitarbeitenden zu Instrumenten und Methoden der Operational Excellence
Dein Profil
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich (Wirtschafts-)Ingenieurwissenschaften oder vergleichbar, gerne auch andere Studienrichtungen, wenn neugierige*r Generalist*in
  • Praktische Erfahrung und Zertifizierung im Bereich Lean Management / Six Sigma zur Problemlösung und KVP
  • Berufserfahrung in den oben beschriebenen Aufgabenbereichen und nachweisbare analytische und Projektmanagement-Fähigkeiten
  • sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; Französischkenntnisse von Vorteil
