Job Description

MEC GROUP is a leading management consulting firm that provides innovative solutions to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. We are seeking a highly skilled Operational Excellence Consultant to join our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement process improvement initiatives to increase efficiency and reduce costs
  • Conduct value stream analysis to identify areas for improvement
  • Lead cross-functional teams to implement process changes and improvements
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize improvement opportunities
  • Develop and implement metrics to measure process performance

Requirements

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in process improvement and operational excellence
  • Proven track record of delivering process improvements and cost savings
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
