We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to join our leadership team in the DACH region. This critical role is designed for a strategic leader with a passion for driving business growth, leading high-performing teams, and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Strategic Leadership: Partner with the Country Manager to co-lead the organization, developing and executing local Annual Business Plans.
  2. Commercial Excellence: Drive customer experience excellence across all touchpoints, enhance operational efficiency, optimize sales performance, and implement sales tools and technologies.
  3. Marketing Excellence: Oversee the marketing strategy, ensuring it aligns with the commercial strategy and market needs. Continuously review and adjust marketing initiatives.
  4. Data Analytics & Insights: Utilize data and analytics to derive actionable insights into market trends, customer behavior, and performance metrics.
  5. Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of Marketing and Application/Product professionals. Foster a culture of accountability and high performance.
  6. Customer Success: Ensure exceptional customer experiences from pre-sales to post-sales support through continuous improvement and service excellence.
Qualifications
  1. Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
  2. Experience: At least 5 years in a leadership role, with proven success in managing and developing high-performing teams. Experience in Marketing and Commercial Excellence is essential.
  3. Skills: Strong understanding of CRM software, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, public speaking, and presentation capabilities.
  4. Languages: Fluent in English; proficiency in German is a significant advantage.
KPIs
  1. Achievement of monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue targets.
  2. Conversion rates, lead generation, customer acquisition, and Net Promoter Score (NPS).
  3. Training and development metrics for team members and customers.
