About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Strategic Consulting Leader to join our team at Boston Consulting Group. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in driving business growth and transformation for our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead cross-functional teams in solving complex business challenges across various industries, including technology, financial services, healthcare, and consumer goods.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions that leverage our proprietary frameworks, digital tools, and methodologies to drive business impact.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-level clients, providing strategic guidance and support to help them achieve their goals.
  • Manage and deliver end-to-end program delivery, ensuring quality, scope, and timelines are met.
  • Champion professional growth and development within your team, fostering a culture of mentorship, continuous learning, and feedback.
  • Contribute to practice area development, knowledge sharing, and capability building.
Requirements
  • Multiple years of combined consulting and industry experience, with a proven track record of leading high-impact, complex engagements.
  • Proven expertise in project management and leadership, with the ability to prioritize and balance multiple project demands.
  • Excellent analytical and strategic thinking abilities, with a strong focus on developing transformative solutions.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to engage and align cross-functional teams.
  • Fluent written and oral language skills in German and English (C1 level).
