About This Role

Total System Services Processing Europe is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Sales Manager to join our team. As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for generating revenue through sales to new and/or existing key accounts within a geographic area or market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Research and identify target prospects, develop pipeline in the assigned territory, and gain approval of the selection of prospects.
  • Conduct penetration analysis and reviews influencing factors and strategy of client to determine action plan.
  • Identify business opportunities, conduct cold calls, and determine which relationships to nurture.
  • Build and nurture old and new relationships of various sizes, including mega clients.
  • Create, maintain, and sustain Strategic Sales Plan (SSP) for identified top prospects in assigned area or accounts.
  • Lead, determine, and create the solution design plan for prospect and lead modifications of the solutions to meet the prospect's needs.
  • Work autonomously to create, modify, and manage the sales project plan with the intent to close the sale.
  • Conduct stage assessments, identify and orchestrate the correct internal resources, and conduct ongoing communication with various internal groups.
  • Understand the dynamics of the industry, discuss with clients regarding current products and developing products, and conduct consultative thought leadership with prospects.
  • Negotiate master agreements and service level agreements for any size deal.
  • Lead, oversee, and manage the sales presentation and sales process.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 10+ years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in industry.
  • Master's Degree in Business is preferred.
