About the RoleWe're seeking a highly skilled and experienced Product Data Management Specialist to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for the end-to-end product data management process, ensuring efficient and smooth data management, qualification, and consistency. You'll work closely with internal and external partners, such as manufacturing, purchasing, logistics, and customers, to identify synergy and optimization potentials using Lean/Agile working methods.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement data management processes and tools to ensure data consistency and quality.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize data management requirements.
- Design and implement data governance frameworks to ensure data security and compliance.
- Provide training and support to employees on data management best practices.
- Monitor and analyze data management metrics to identify areas for improvement.
- Master's degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, computer science, or industrial engineering.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in product data management or a related field.
- Strong understanding of data management principles and best practices.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
