Team Lead for International Customer Care

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership: Direct the Customer Care team, nurture team members, and work in conjunction with other departments to foster team development.
  • Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries and manage complex issues for B2C clientele.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track OKRs for the team to ensure alignment with organizational objectives and set meaningful KPIs for success evaluation.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance current complaint resolution processes, provide constructive feedback to relevant teams, and implement streamlined workflows.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Collaborate closely with various departments to guarantee customer satisfaction and product effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Experience: Strong background in B2B Customer Care and Complaint Management.
  • Leadership: Proven experience in managing teams.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office, CRM systems, and ideally familiar with automation tools.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional communication skills in German and English, with fluency in Italian required; Polish is an advantage.
