Position Overview: Team Lead for International Customer Care

As a pivotal member of our organization, the Team Lead for International Customer Care will oversee a dynamic team dedicated to enhancing customer experiences. This role is essential in steering innovative projects that aim to transform parking management solutions across various regions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Team Leadership: Inspire and guide the Customer Care team, fostering professional growth and cross-departmental collaboration.
  • Customer Engagement: Address customer inquiries and resolve complex issues for B2C clientele.
  • Performance Metrics: Establish and track OKRs to ensure alignment with organizational objectives, developing KPIs for effective performance evaluation.
  • Process Improvement: Enhance existing complaint resolution processes, provide constructive feedback to relevant teams, and implement streamlined workflows.
  • Strategic Collaboration: Partner with various departments to drive customer satisfaction and ensure product effectiveness.
Qualifications
  • Professional Experience: Proven expertise in B2B Customer Care and Complaint Management.
  • Leadership Skills: Demonstrated history of managing teams effectively.
  • Technical Proficiency: Skilled in Microsoft Office, CRM platforms, and familiarity with automation tools is advantageous.
  • Language Proficiency: Exceptional communication abilities in German and English, with fluency in Italian; Polish language skills are a plus.
