Senior Sales Manager VW

We are currently partnered with 2 Global Leading Tier 1 suppliers who seek a Senior Sales professional to be based in Wolfsburg. The ideal candidate will oversee the Sales teams' operations and strategies in Wolfsburg, ensuring seamless customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and profitability.
  • Prepare operational and financial sales department reports to inform business decisions.
  • Oversee the management, learning, and career development of the sales team to ensure high performance.
  • Directly coordinate cross-selling and joint marketing initiatives to maximize exposure and profitability.
  • Act as the primary interface to the customer, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
  • 5+ years' of experience in sales, with a proven track record of success.
  • 5+ years' of experience in managing VW accounts, with a deep understanding of the customer's needs.
  • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire the sales team.
  • Product experience in: Semiconductor, Electronics, ADAS.
