Key Account Manager Volkswagen Group Job Description

This role is responsible for related account management, business development, customer management, and information management for the Volkswagen Group. The successful candidate will report to the Key Account Director VW Group.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account management strategies to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
  • Manage customer relationships and communicate effectively to ensure mutual understanding and expectations.
  • Collect and analyze market information to inform business decisions and stay ahead of industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of the automotive industry and its key players.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
