Als Senior Sales Expert bei T-Systems International GmbH sind Sie verantwortlich für die Vertriebsverantwortung für einen definierten Kunden- oder Lösungsbereich aus dem T-Systems SAP Portfolio.

Aufgaben
  • Aktives Management von SAP-Vertriebsprojekten innerhalb des jeweiligen Kundensegments, um hochwertige und erfolgreiche Angebote am Markt zu platzieren
  • Identifizierung neuer Leads beim Kunden zur Schaffung von Opportunities in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Account Management
  • Unterstützung bei Messen und Ausstellungen als Fachexperte, um zukünftige Geschäfts- und Wachstumspotenziale abzuleiten
  • Wettbewerbsfähige Angebote auf Basis von Kundenanforderungen sicherstellen und Vertragsverhandlungen führen bzw. unterstützen
  • Durchführung von Kundenpräsentationen und Produkt-Demos zum SAP-Lösungs- und Leistungsspektrum der T-Systems vor Bestands- und Neukunden, national und international
  • Koordination aller zum Abschluss erforderlichen Ressourcen in interdisziplinären Selling Teams
  • Weiterentwicklung der Accounts durch Analyse von White Spots und der damit verbundenen Wertsteigerung im Bestands- und im Neukundengeschäft
  • Unterstützung bei Entwicklung und Umsetzung von Vertriebskampagnen, die sich auf profitables Wachstum innerhalb definierter Bereiche zu konzentrieren
  • Analyse von Kunden- /Marktpotenzialen und Definition von Go to Market Strategien, eine konsequente und nachhaltige Ausführung vorausgehend
Anforderungen
  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Berufserfahrung im SAP-Beratungs- oder Vertriebsumfeld mit nachweislichem Erfolg
  • Hochschulabschluss in Ingenieurwissenschaften, Informatik oder Betriebswirtschaftslehre oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation / Ausbildung
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse der IT-Grundlagen und von SAP Lösungen, Produkten und Strategie, insbesondere zum SAP Application Operation (SAP Basisbetrieb) on any Cloud sowie dem in Verbindung mit für das Angebot relevanten vertrieblichen Fähigkeiten und Fachkompetenz bei typischen Geschäftsanwendungen und Industrieprozessen
  • Grundkenntnisse in den Bereichen SAP Application Management und S/4 Hana Transformationsprojekten
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrungen im Vertrieb von SAP Basis Betrieb (SAP AO) auf einer Private Cloud und zu mindestens einem Hyperscaler (Microsoft Azure, AWS oder Google Cloud Platform) und dessen SAP spezifischen Besonderheiten, können Kunden vertrieblich zu den Vorteilen der Plattformen beraten, insbesondere in Verbindung mit Micro Services / Applikationen und Customer / Industry Use Cases aus dem jeweiligen Hyperscaler Eco-System
  • Kenntnis industrie-spezifischer Geschäftsprozesse zu Automotive / Manufacturing oder Public sind von Vorteil und runden Ihr Profil ab
  • Akquisitionsstärke gepaart mit Eigenmotivation und Einbeziehung von Social Selling
  • Flexibilität und Bereitschaft im Rahmen von Projekten auf Reisen zu gehen sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit internationalen, interdisziplinären Teams und Freude am Umgang mit kulturellen Unterschieden und Verhaltensmustern
  • Verhandlungssichere Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift von Vorteil
