About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Professional to join our team at Personalwerk GmbH. As a Sales Consultant for Personal Marketing and Employer Branding, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive business growth and expand our client base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in the HR and recruitment industry
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through proactive networking and lead generation
  • Collaborate with our marketing team to develop and execute cross-media personal marketing campaigns
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to clients on employer branding and personal marketing strategies
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective sales techniques and negotiation skills
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
  • Proven sales experience in the HR or recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Fluency in German and English
