Sales Consultant

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Consultant to join our team at Personalwerk GmbH. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for representing our brand and providing expert advice to our customers in the field of HR and Employer Branding.
Your Key Responsibilities- Represent our brand with confidence and expertise in the field of HR and Employer Branding.
- Provide expert advice to our customers on HR and Employer Branding strategies.
- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies to meet customer needs.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and stakeholders.
- Wirtschaftswissenschaftliches or comparable degree (e.g. BWL, Marketing, Kommunikation, Personalmanagement) with a focus on Employer Branding.
- Führerschein der Klasse B or higher, with a valid driver's license.
- Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in HR-Umfeld or Vertriebsaußendienst von erklärungsbedürftigen Produkten und Dienstleistungen.
- Verhandlungssicheres Deutsch, gutes Englisch, routinierter Umgang mit MS Office.
- Analytische Fähigkeiten, hohe Lernbereitschaft, Organisations- und Improvisationstalent, effizientes Zeitmanagement, selbstsicheres und sympathisches Auftreten, Kommunikationsstärke und Teamplayerqualitäten.
