Position Overview:

As a Construction Project Supervisor, you will be responsible for overseeing the technical systems related to building services during the construction phase. Your role will encompass various critical tasks to ensure the successful execution of projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervision of technical systems in the construction phase
  • Ensuring quality standards during project assessments
  • Estimating and managing project costs
  • Coordinating and overseeing construction activities
  • Planning and tracking project timelines
  • Maintaining documentation and generating reports
  • Managing the commissioning process for technical oversight

Candidate Profile:

  • Degree in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  • At least 5 years of experience in construction oversight or renovation management
  • Strong project management skills and familiarity with VOB B/C regulations
  • Proficient in Office applications and tender management software
  • Demonstrated responsibility, customer focus, and decision-making abilities
  • Experience in leading teams is an advantage
  • Fluency in German (minimum C1 level) is required
